绿卡更换或更新的费用是455美金，加85美金的打指模费。您可以申请费用减免，但需提交I-912表格及相关证明文件证明您属于低收入人群。
如果您的现有绿卡卡片上因为移民局的原因而存在错误信息，你可以免费更换绿卡。如果移民局寄出了绿卡，但您没有收到绿卡，
这种情况下您依旧需要支付费用更换绿卡，即使绿卡丢失完全不是您的过失。
